Hi,

I have searched the for sale section, but the perfect one just isnt there, if anybody is interested in selling their car to a cash buyer and it has the following spec;

The 'must have's' are;

Modena
F1
Rosso (Corsa or Scuderia)
Challenge Rear Grill
Carbon Ceramics
No more than 5K Miles
NO CRASH HISTORY

Prefered options;

Carbon interior packages
Warranty Remaning

Please let me know, I have cash wating for the perfect car!

Thanks
VML

I think you're really limiting yourself with your list of must have's, there's plenty of approved used 430's but only 2 or 3 have challenge grill, none of those have carbon ceramics but some are less than 5k miles.

When I bought mine the only must have's where rosso corsa, F1 and Carbon dash inserts, I had a prioritised list of the rest and bought one that ticked most of the boxes, I wasn't going to wait forever to find the Perfect car 'cause it may never have come up.

You are quiter right reg the cars avalible, I think it may be because no 08 cars are avalible, common sense would think, or maybe it is me hoping, since carbon ceramics were standard then, and most Ferraris are 'resale red', F1 and not driven much that would take care of most of my list.

The reason I have put priority to those things I have, is because I either cannot change them ie mileage, ar it would be so damn expensive to retrofit!

The search continues, WHERE ARE YOU 08 CARS!!!!!

Graypaul in Edinburgh have this 08/58 car right now, it ticks all your boxes apart from Challenge grill

I think the challenge grill is the option that might be limiting you, I've not seen many or even any cars in the time I've been researching(which is about 18 months) that would tick all your boxes.

Damn that is close, mabye close enough!

What is the concensus when dealing with main dealers, how much negotiation is there on the price, I think mabye £5k off and thats a deal.

Thank you for finding that for me!

Carbon rear grille can be added but it's not cheap as it requires a whole new rear bumper assembly which will also require painting.

No problem, glad to help smile

I've actually seen the car that's available in Edinburgh, it's very nice, not a mark on it. I'm sure there'll be movement on the price and 5k doesn't seem unreasonable but my recent purchase was my first Ferrari so I'm not exactly experienced smile, Gary Beattie is the man to speak to in Edinburgh.
