I want another car - and I want a Ferrari Spider ! - in black and manual -

- I can get a 360 Spider for around £53k with 23,000 miles ( I've owned a 360 Spider, a 360 Modena and a 355 previously) I can get a 430 Spider for around £82k with 18,000 miles ( I've never owned a 430 although I've driven a couple )

Question - is it worth spending around £30,000 extra for the 430 over the 360 for a car that's going to be used on a Sunday afternoon (and perhaps a trip down to Monaco for the historic GP and to classic Le Mans) and run alongside the other five cars I already have ( a few classic Porsches/Lotus Elise etc ) and also I feel that from a financial point of view ( not my major consideration) the 360's probably had most of the sting taken out of it already whilst the 430's probably still got a bit to lose ???????????????????????????????????????

Any opinions very welcome !

IMO an F430 spider although a great car, is not £30,000 more ferrari than a 360 spider. Especialy when its just going to be used as an occasional toy IMO.
Black/black a good colour choice, this one was bought for low 30s two years ago. Although low 30s will not buy YOU one unless you are in the right place at the right time wink
But good luck in your choice.

Another way to look at it is like I have..... for the same money you can have a 360 Spider AND a 355GTB, best of both worlds....

Also, 430 is faster, easier to drive and more refined than the 360 but the 360 wins on driver fun on the road IMHO
