Just browsing classifieds as you do and saw this.

Even if bought from a kosher dealer with warranty etc I suspect you could reduce this price quite considerably?

Very clean car, the advert doesnt do it justice, would be even nicer with the original wheels back on, as for price, at the moment he's about £15-20k out of where I'd value it.

A couple of minor jobs (getting rid of the extra badges & re-painting the satin black parts the owner has striped and polished etc) a decent advert and that car may find a buyer at that price at almost that money (£45-55k)................but it may take some time

A Max Power Testarossa with a chav town as a back drop - that's gotta be worth more than £30k...

Kinda difficult to tell. Can tell you one thing better to buy a good testarossa for 60 000 then a bad one for 30000. I own a couple of classic cars and ferrari's are kinda expensive to restore. Engine rebuilds can easily cost 25 000 or more. And for a testarossa it will be the same. So to say this is too expensive i think is not the right word. If it is really as good as he says it is then i think it is kinda cheap. When you say cheap or expensive it is always relative to something else. In this case an other testarossa. For example i just restored my 365 bb and i can tell you that all the parts i needed like gearboxhouse gaskets valves etc costed a fortune and if someone wants to compare my BB with an other 365 bb i can tell you there is not even one on the whole world as good as mine. And that came with a huge pricetag..

So if someone thinks he can buy a testa rossa for 40 000 and bring it in the same condition as lets say my boxer or that testarossa(if it is as good as he told us) be my guest because really for 20 000 it is not possible. Even worse for 40 000 it is also not possible.

Nice car. But 20k more than one from a specialist dealer.

No chance.

Would'nt go near it when you can get one from a specialist with a warranty for under £40k.

What made me chuckle was that he anticipates that the prices will rise shortly so he decided to pre-empt the rise and ramp his own price up!?!!? lol

Way over priced and just a bit too over the top as well with the hoses, etc. Friend of mine just picked up a twin mirror early car, FSH, all MOT's, recent service, new tyres (Metric ones) for £26k. Very tidy car.

TR's will go up a bit, but Dino/Daytona increases in value are NEVER going to happen. I won't retire on the value of mine that is for sure!

Daytona just recently increased in price they were kinda cheap for a long long time. But berlinetta boxer seems better investment indeed. But you never know.

I always slow down to see their showroom... That Testarossa is the best looking car I have ever seen under their lights - no other car in the showroom has such presence./
