612 running costs and other points to check

If anyone can give me a guide I would be grateful. Curent AM owner, looking at a switch to a 612. nowing early depreciation can be high I guess that I would invest in a 2 yr old model. Any pointers on cost/ what to look for/ servicing costs.?
Any help much appreciated.

Hi Martin - 612's are fantastic cars, they're V12 engines so should require little mtce and will eat up the miles. The first of the 612's have been hit with huge depreciation, so would make an excellent purchase second hand (£70K+). Their performance would comfortable outpace most junior supercars - I think 0 - 60's about 4.2 secs! Check out Clarkson's Top Gear challenge racing the guys to Val D'isere in one. To get an idea of running costs, you can search on the site www.supercarhub.com A 6,250 mileage starts at about £600+Vat from a specialist upwards with an 18,750 starting around the £850 mark which is better than most V8's!
