Just picked up Autocar and pretty gob smacked (in a nice way!) to see my old 355 on the front cover. Reading the article made me want to buy it backfrown

Sorry... title of the thread should read "Exige" not "Elise"!!!

It's not really a versus but more of a 45k would buy you.....

Are you sure it is not P191 YPL?

Because that was the original plate on my vehicle. A rosso/crema Berlinetta, manual, 5.2 motronic.

Can we have the link to the article?

Much obliged - love reading old reviews of cars yesteryear.

TonyH - thanks for the scan. It is much appreciated.
It looks a fantastic article, so I have made a few phone calls and someone in Berkshire will be paying a visit to a local newsagent.
What is the overall conclusion of the article?
Is it a thoroughly good read as the pictures suggest?
The dark F355 looks awesome in those pictures.
Those Pinninfarina lines will never age.

They are a little difficult to read, yes.
I am back in the UK next week and if I am unable to source a copy then, I will be in touch.
