Hello, i have been considering the purchase of a 308, this would be my first ferrari, i have had the 911's and tvr's, it would only be a sunny sunday car if we ever get any that is and it would be a cash buy as the interest rates are worthless at the moment, i have seen the advert for one at fiorano cars, the photo's look nice and sunny so i think they've had it a while, i google'd the garage and quite a bit about the garage and vender came up, does any body know anythink about this car is it a sale or return, i have also seen the ad for one at hollingworth again been advertised for a bit any body any info on it, also enquired about a 328 damaged car no info returned from vender but looking at the cost of parts that could be a no no, thats all i can find in my price range, any info ?, thank you.

Forum rules say you’re not allowed to post negative comments about dealers, but let me put it this way Fiorano cars and it's Owner are very well known and not in a good way. I would personally stay clear of him.

I'd echo the above. Try searching on Fchat and Fcars for further info.

I bought a 308gts as my first ferrari last year and absolutely love it.

There are quite a few gtb's that have been for sale for a good while so it might be worthwhile trying a cheeky offer on a few!

plenty of very good 308 buying guides out there and a very big 308 tech section on Ferrarichat.

Advice for buying ANY Ferrari, is to have it inspected by somebody who knows that specific series and can spot any bodges

Havent seen the car Richard Lukins at Fiorano Cars is selling, so cannot possibly comment on a public forum

Please feel free to contact me via my profile if you want a second opinion smile

ETA, have a look at these threads smile

Hi, just registered with clubscuderia, read fchat/fcars/walkersport, read past pistonhead forums, thanks, that car for £17,500 on car and classic is at the top of my list thats about the price i'm looking at, nice number plate the evil dr x drives a 308 does any body know the car, the pictures on the advert have changed since i first saw it, should have the cash in hand by next week cashing in a bond £1k interest for 2 years should of bought 2 years ago instead, the car might of gone up more, wonder if there's any movement in the price.

Thanks, have read alot about said company seems the same has been happening to a lot of tvr and lotus owners with another company mentioned on pistonheads, if he is selling that 308 for somebody i wish they would get it back and sell it privatly, i was keen on that one until the wife said look at the photo's its to sunny to be recent, so i googled the company, thank god i did, can not afford to get involved in all that carry on.

Good luck with your search. Had my '79 carb model over 6 years and it still brings a grin to my face every time I drive it!

Hello,

We have a rare Ferrari 308 GT4 in Black (original colour from factory) available for sale.

A brief description until it goes up on Pistonheads with full details.

This car has been owned by my dad for the past 10 years and has been maintained in immaculate condition regardless of cost.

Kept in a secure garage with a cover for the entirety of its life whilst in our possession.

Purchased from a reputable dealer in Derbyshire (Nick Cartwright)

Went under a £22+k refurbish before my dad bought it around 10 years ago.

Brand new Stainless steel exhaust fitted last year from Super Performance.

Full Service history mainly from a reputable specialist performance car tuner.

Full Service (including timing belts) and diagnostically tuned less than 50 miles ago late last year (power band graphs and data available).

Body work in immaculate condition, as new.

Hand polished after outings.

Has never been out in the rain.

Power cut off key which stops the car from being started without it.

Millage is 57800.

We have always ran it on 4 Star Leaded Petrol.

It for sale for £23,995.

If you have any questions please contact myself or my dad (Lol) on 07818098237.

Thank you.
