355 Service History / Selling

All this talk of none existant service history has go me thinking, If and it is a big if I was going to sell my 355 Spider would something like this for the service history in my add make sense. Obviously in addition to all the other minor bills.

Looks very comprehensive and complete to me. But you know what, people trying to be clever can pick holes in anything But to me it all looks good
Did some fool really pay £7,321 for a cambelt change??

EDIT: Just an additional note about having TO MANY high cost receipts in service histories (i am not talking about yours Phil by the way, just in general)
Having high receipts in a folder can be a double edged sword. I do know that some people pride themselves on having a string of 5k ££ plus receipts in there folders, that go back for years and years. The problem with that is when a new guy comes along to have a look at the car. He will see that for the last 5-10 years maybe 30-40 k £s has been spent to maintain and service the car. Which could indeed put him of from buying it because he thinks he can not afford the servicing costs.
These types of expensive service history, might give you a warm fuzzy feeling when you are about to do the deal. But ya arse will be fluttering

Very good points probably will take the £ off and just leave the service history.

and yes some one did pay 7k for cambelts ( and clutch though)

The best bit was the Loctite glue for one bolt at £29.86 + vat !!!!

I think they saw him comming
