bearing in mind the number of options available does anyone think that the rumoured £150,000 list price is going to go north very significantly?!

a few items on there are standard on other cars but then again none of them are bespoke carbonfibre tub race/road cars!

That Maclaren is going to cause the ferrari 458 problems. I bet its causing Montezemolo sleepless night right now.
Got ta say the only thing that swings it in the 458s favour for me is the horse badge, and the badge alone.

So the Ferrari badge holds more cache for you than McLaren?

In yellow with the external and internal carbon fiber touches, IRIS upgrade, the lightest wheels powder coated in black, light exhaust, CC brakes and carbon fiber backed super light weight seats looks like what I'd go for.

I think will see a few of those around Surrey! No news on delivery or deposits when they called yesterday.

As I said on another thread, I wonder if McLaren will be monitoring all the hits on the configurator and then use that information when it comes to pricing the options? It would seem to be the logical thing to do.

If you have a quick scan of what people have specked so far it seems that full carbon and black light wheels seem to be very popular. Now if you were McLaren would you therefore price these options higher or lower because of their popularity? Come on you marketing guys I would welcome your expertise on this matter.

I hear what you are saying. But lets look at the carbon options, if they are priced two high they can add up to 20% on some cars like the Audi R8, therefore it is rare to find an R8 with all the carbon options which I think is missing a trick. If the options are priced correctly then people will spend more
