Poor weather seems to be no problem for the Superleggera, I would have been tiptoeing home in the Ferrari but this feels rock solid and what fun.

Won't get to drive it now until Easter and as you can see it's a tight fit into the garage! How did I ever live without the rear view camera!

Very low mileage car, first owner Eric Clapton who was not shy on options and ipod function requests, plus sun visor and service book signed by Balboni.

Hats off to Lamborghini Birmingham too for impeccable service.

Happy days, even the current weather can't depress me.

I am sure I will have the inevitable questions....

Congratulations! Quick question, how do you get out of the car once it's in the garage?
On the left hand side, carefully! My OH hasn't seen her Liberty blanket stuck to the wall yet thankfully!

You should have gone for a convertible car with that garage.

Enjoy.

You are a brave man then! Do you know if you can set the windows to go up with the fob? That would help with getting out!

Looks very tight (fnarr fnarr), congrats on the purchase. Did you manage to get a cover in the end? Can't see it being easy to get it on once in there though!

You need to make this mod to your garage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oy6Lv9bAsRw
Haha that guy was a hit here, magazines and radio stations calling him all the time, he hated the attention biggrin

What you need, is something like this:

http://www.woehr.de/en/produkte/einparkhilfe/index...

Just park the car in front of the garage, on the towing ramp, and let the system drag the car in and out smile

Hmmm...

I heard from someone who also has just bought a Gallardo SL recently that it too was previously Clapton's...

Anybody know if he had more than one in the last year or so?

Congrats! Looked at that one in Lambo London a couple of weeks back, where they had it advertised as "probably the last ever produced G SL" said they originally sourced it for Eric from South Africa. Let us know how you get on, looked superb in the flesh.
