if you can get it in on time they normally get that done in a week. Had the same thing done to my GTS and it looks good as new. I tink they do just warm it up and reshape as previous poster said

I feel for you. I've got a 10" split in the GRP of my TVR T350 at the rear where someone reversed into me and also a nice wobbly scratch about 4" lonf just behind the rear screen that looks lkike a key mark. S
Jealous tossers the lot of them!!!

In both cases no witnesses or notes.
