Good afternoon everyone,
My brother is thinking about purchasing a 348, now why I know more than I care to mention about Lotus I'm afraid I am a little naive when it comes to older Fezza's. I need to know anything, Servicing costs per year, warranty? What he should expect to get buying from a stealer, do's and don'ts etc etc etc
Seriously guys any advice would be appreciated, I've told him to just buy an Elise SC

Do your research i guess as with any car of this age. 2 nice looking examples at the Ferrari centre. Must be the weather as i have been thinking about a 355 or 360 recently.

mate, i'm gutted, i loved it, the problem was, I moved and simply couldnt find anywhere to keep it. I must have seen every lock up in a 5 mile radius but none were wide enough to drive in then be able to get back out of the car!
I'll get another one without a shadow of a doubt though.

They are brill cars... mine is my second and arguably a better car than my Spider was.
Sadly, it is going for sale as soon as I have had the scuff fixed on the wheel
I can't honestly see myself being able to replace it for quite some time.
Running, a couple of grand a year should see you easily, sometimes a bit more if it hits the cambelt change, sometimes a bit less. I am a bit finicky with mine though and it gets an oil change every 3000 miles which isn't really necessary.
Any excuse to post a gratuitous picture

From my experience £2k is everything bar fuel and insurance.
Mine is a '93 but LHD which might not suit you. My Spider was RHD and I deliberately choose left for this one as the driving position is so so much better... and it just feels kinda purer
Yes they are 360 wheels. I am running Falkens on them which seem to stick just as well as my Pirelli Rosso Corsas did on the last one and... they just refuse to bloody well wear out, and it gets driven fairly enthusiastically!
I would dearly love to be able to afford a GTC like Paul's

For what it's worth, Simon's looks bang on the money. Good price and a superb looking car.
I would be pricing mine a touch higher than that.
Sorry I couldn't find that up for sale is it in the classifieds?I would be pricing mine a touch higher than that.
