Just been searching the classifieds and I came across this. Really unusual colour combo, haven't seen one like that on a 355 before, but I think it really suits the car. And at that price what a stealsmokin! If i didn't have one I would be very tempted by that 355.

Have to agree. Shows the lines better than the usual red/yellow.

So out of all the F355s you have ever seen, you have not liked the look of any of them until this one. WTF!

Yeah, sorry, I am a 348TB / Testarossa styling fan....... smile Not a fan of the 355 in red either...in fact, should I one day be in the position of looking for a similar car these dark metallic greys or dark blues (TdF and I've seen a lovely Blue Scurro colour aswell) would be higher up the list, all else being equal....

Problem is, I can only really afford to put down that sort of cash on one car so at the moment I've got a car that is quite nice and can also perform half decently.......not sure I'd like to be putting 300 odd miles per week on a Ferrari!

Oh well.....patience, patience....

Mentioning about the red thing is rarther irrelevant really, because you dont like any F355s anyway.
Yes the Testarossa styling is awesome, you must be a child of the 80s i am guessing smile. The Testarossa was my first Ferrari.
Good luck on your future quest for your 348/TR smile

I remember back in the 90's I saw a dark purple metallic F355 spider in Monaco (German registered). It looked absolutely stunning. To me, the F355 looks amazing in pretty much any colour, but the rarer colours make it seem even more special. I still hanker after a TdF blue spider; then the other day I saw a pic of a red GTB in shaded light conditions- and suddenly decided that an F355 in that Alfa 8C red metallic would look incredible...

I think the rarer colours look great. In particuarly the darker reds. The colour in the photo is the original Alfa Romeo/Ferrari rosso, Rosso Barchetta. This colour is the original "blood red".

I have an excellent video of you from Le Mans a few years ago... Let me see if I can find it.

Just uploaded it - Should be able to see it HERE

Do'h! The classic is a great race though! I got lucky my first year, (2005) as my last Exam (GCSE) was on the Thursday morning. By the afternoon we were pitched in Houx! Been back every year since with the old man, who must be on his 25th visit by now!

Sorry OP, you can have your topic back now! thumbup

Thanks chap...this time next year....I'll probably still be in a Porker everyday...but a whole lot cheaper so the car cash stash can go on something Italian!
