Zondas - special edition and big meet

Thought I would make a new thread for the new special edition one-off called the Uno. Baby blue color, style clues from Cinque, R, Tricolore, 700 hp engine, car is a one-off for Qatar Royal Family. Here are few pics of it.







There will also be a new black special edition roadster in the next few weeks, as well as pictures from Vanishing Point (the owner meet) which is on at the moment, with a public showing of the cars tonight.

Looks good Jerwatt apart from those LED's which look like an after thought. Will this car be running a sequential gear box or manual Jerwatt? And in terms of spec what are the differences between this and a Cinque?

I'm certainly hoping it is!! After all, we knew about 599, SV and 'the special one' so really hoping this is coming in summer too

Yep ^ though the LP640 is apparently sold and has been replaced/updated to LP670-4 SV... just hoping he does the same with the 599 - 599 GTO!

I saw the 599 out the other day in London. He mentioned he might be bringing the Koenigsegg to London in late July.

Richard, I'm not sure if the "surprise" will be this or the SV. I think this hasn't been finished yet, so suspect it could be the SV.

I'm not a fan of the LEDs, and I prefer the old lights to the new style that we're seeing. I believe it will be a manual, as the C9 won't have one (although they had a "fake" sequential stick on the mule). Since the R doesn't have one either so it would likely be too expensive to develop for just one car (unless it is cheap to do this, you'd probably know better from your background)? There is going to be 2 other special editions still to come (both in the UK, one of which is the carbon Roadster I mentioned earlier and one red cinque like one) but even so I don't think it would be worth developing fr 3 cars (and that would depend on them both speccing it). I think the engine might have C9 parts for the upgrade.
