I've arranged a large space with the guys at Gaydon (there's a couple of clubs joining us so they've been very helpful in giving us the space we want smile )

So as a result i thought a PH contingent of supercars would be in order.

I've got a certain number of spaces available (just how many depends on the numbers from the other clubs but i suggest at least 10-12)

We can make sure that all marques are parked together

We have seperate Lambo, Ferrari and Maserati areas already assigned, plus a further area for other supercar marques.

I've also got a few spare passenger passes too which i'm happy to distribute to those who are coming to display.

The plan of the day is an early monring meet at the Ace Cafe for those in London, then a swift convoy to Lamborghini High Wycombe to pick up some more people then a large convoy to Gaydon, arriving around 9 - 9.30 am before it gets too busy but close enough to the opening time to make a proper entrance!

If you want to join us please put your name down below and details will be updated nearer the date.

Not sure if my AMV8 is "super" enough, as I know this is a well attended event, but if so please count me in.

Hi Harsh

Let me know how many spaces there are. I understand Rich wants to get a few people together for a Northern convoy so perhaps we could meet you before going in? I would be keen to have a passenger pass if you have any available? What do we need to do, can I try and get 10 or so cars from the Sheffield Supercar Sundays along?

Let me know...
Adam

Like to put myself down for this as well, I'm travelling locally to this one but would like to be included.
Not sure what the Sporting Bears are doing this year so could be involved with that. But will leave my name of the list if that's ok.

Cheers

Chris,
I'm organising the Lamborghini run from LHW as well. Not heard from Tadek but we combined runs last year. I know he's pretty busy so i've combined them this year as well.

Alan,
the timing plan is arrive at the Ace at 7am (which is when it opens)
leave there at 7.30 for the 30 minute drive to LHW
Leave LHW at 8.30am to arrive at Gaydon at 9.30am

Count me and Raj in.

Do I get the tickets off you or order them now online or pay on the day?

Is the parade lap worth it?

1. Tiger Two - Atom
2. V8 Miller - Aston V8
3. Angelis - 348
4. Raj - Murci

Are we having seperate threads for Ace and LHW?
Or should I just put my name down in here?
Cheers,
Chris

Sy, personally i dont think it is, it isn't that quick and the track is pretty dusty/stoney so you're going to get a lot of stonechips very quickly.

As for tickets it depends when Gaydon send them to me, if it's easrly enough at the next Ace night, or failing that on the day. assume you're meeting us at the Ace for the convoy up?

I'm happy to add your name to the list just in case you need a spot- you can always remove it later if you don't need it, rather you didn't miss out)
I think Tiger Two will be doing dream rides as well in the Atom
