Morning,

Quick question. I know that according the to Ferrari literature a 355 is 1900mm wide. My garage door is 2000mm wide (but don't worry the garage is wider once inside)!!

Is the width Ferrari give include the wing mirrors, or is the rear of the car the widest part? Also does anyone know the width of the 355 at the front across the front wheel arch?

Just want to be sure one will fit through my garage door. Cheers.

Speaking from experience (and a slight crack) it's actually the rear bumper panel where it forms the back of the rear wheel arch that is the widest part -1900 mm.

I had my garage custom made at 10m length x 3.5m width (to open the drivers door comfortably) and with a 2.8 m roller shutter door. But I still need to take care when getting out due to the length and thickness of the drivers door.

A standard single garage would take some skill to get out of the car and you will defo need some kind of cushion on the wall. A roller shutter door would also offer a few extra cms either side of the entrance.

Soz, in addition to your OP the front dims are +/- 1840mm (again the rear part of the wheel arch protrudes) plus 100mm for each mirror - but assume you will have folded these in.
