I wonder who pays all the organisational costs of this event? The insurance on the cars, the overnight accomodation etc? Not complaining about it as it is great to see the cars being driven.
Shame I am planning a trip to Haynes Motor Museum next week!
Last year I think AON supplied the insurance free, various companies like DK ENG & Joe Macari supplied back up etc (after all it is good advertising)Shame I am planning a trip to Haynes Motor Museum next week!

This year cars are not all owned by Evans, so Telacrest (John Collins) and another guy that brought the F40 and had a 365 done in the same colur scheme by Terry Hoyle supplied some of the cars, Terry is providing back up assistance.
Its Talacrest Thanks

Aha, that explains it. Just been passed by 7 vintage Ferraris on the M3, mostly on ENZ number plates which a but of googling suggests belong to Chris Evans, including quite possibly the most beautiful car I've ever seen on the road, which someone above has identified as a 250 Testerossa.
I saw the cars at the haynes motor museum at lunchtime.
The noise the 250 testarossa recreation made was fantastic, all great cars. Unfortunately the White F40 had broken down and had been replaced with a red daytona spyder which was very nice.
Chris Evans was super nice to every one, a really down to earth car nut.
