360Modena - wont open from outside

Don't know what happen: unlock the car w/ remote fob, went crazy and now won't open from outside, but does work from inside.

Any advice? I'm travelling for the next 2wks!

Hi there, Try changing your alarm fob battery. I had a similar issue and that did the trick for me. Best of luck.

The alarm works fine, it opens/closes the central locking fine
I can open the door from inside
Outside the handle is loose, yet when activated the window still drops, so not everything is dead

...Any idea? Is there a quick fix?

I'm in Central London SW7 until noon...after that I'll head towards Eurotunnel...any idea where I can pop by to get my door checked?

Its probably that your outer door handle cable has popped out of its holder, this happens as they get older and the lube in the sleeve dries up, can be re fitted quite easily but it will 90% happen again shortly after, New outer cable needed, Ferrari UK are out of stock at the moment and the new batch - you cannot buy the cable on its own for £15 it will now come with the complete lock assembly.

Got beaten to the reply!! This will be your problem I would think. Unfortunately can't help you sourcing a replacement but it is an easy re-fit.

you'll be heading down the A3 to the eurotunnel so the best place to stop is Autofficina
