Cool Pictures,

That 458 is very nice, great colour and the rims are cool.

It is Cars of Exeter's Demo I believe.

I have a few more pics that show off the colour nice yellow metallic.

I've seen a few pictures of the 458 in yellow and they all look different shades of yellow. Is the yellow on the photo above not the same yellow as used on 360/430's?
On some photos it's almost a golden colour, and on others the same yellow I've seen before. I can't work out whether its a different colour or a fancy camera!

The yellow above is a new, three layer pearl metallic called Giallo Triplo Strato.

This numberplate issue is becoming a real issue for me, I haven't seen anyone who has found a solution yet. This looks wrong too.

I think for a 200k+ car it's not good enough that in markets where the law requires you to have a front numberplate, ferrari have not allowed for that.

There was a pearlescent yellow 458 in the Supercars parade at Goodwood FoS. Think I prefer the traditional Giallo Fly though. H R Owen managed to apply their number plate OK on the white car which was on display in the Moving Motor Show.

You mean the car with the numberplate sticker slapped on one side??

Yes and apparently it hasn't gone down well with the plod, even so it's not ideal that the only suitable place is on the side of the car with a sticker. I could understand it more if the car wasn't a mainstream production model intended for worldwide markets and was instead a special one off car or something

It just annoys me and is a real shame as otherwise its such a cohesive design.

It was no fancy camera, smile in fact it was hard to capture how cool this colour is.
