I was thinking the same... Perhaps these are the wheels that are being sold with the car, but they aren't on it currently.

Still a rather bizarre thing to do for the sale of such an expensive car!

It's for sale at a specialist called LMP Cars in Aoyama, website has some English but details of the car are in Japanese only - good luck!
