Kev - I presume this yours right; http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1926628.htm

WHY selling?
I thought you were going to keep it forever? Sorry but IMO that's the wrong move mate. It's perfect,it's your first Ferrari and I know you'll regret it...

Yep. Best 456 I've ever seen.
Perhaps even more importantly, lots of fond memories...
Kev - don't be daft.

I know the running costs are high but, as ever with 456's, that's a hell of a lot of car for £39k.

I can't help but think that even if I had the means, I'd have that over a 612 and use the 'depreciation fund' to finance the service costs on the 456.

I was drooling over this example just last night. Looks absolutely sensational, unfortunately just a dream.

Busted! Yes I know I said I'd never sell it and I probably will regret it. Sentimentalism aside, it's just not being used. When I drove it to Joe Macari's in Wandsworth for it's service a couple of months ago, it struck me that that was the furthest I'd been in it for years. That's just ridiculous. Blame the little 930 turbo, that's the car that occupies the fast 2+2 niche in my household now. Deep breath and time to let go.

Looks stunning & I've always been a fan of the 456 in red!
If my GTC sells soon it might be a nice alternative too ...
