...1995 Spider, red with black leather, 52000 miles, no signs of previous accident damage, but with no service history at all.

Cheers,
Bryn.

Thanks, but I don't think there are any similar examples around at all, hence my question on here.

I actually already know what it's worth, in my opinion it's the minimum price for a serviceable F355 Spider which I reckon is about £25k.

I was just interested to get the opinion of other people as to the value of such a car.

Cheers,
Bryn.

£25k maybe a little less depending on what a detailed inspection suggested it needs smile

As is, (like others) I'd say £25k assuming it comes through an inspection cleanly.

Who's selling it? Surely the owner (or you) could get the list of previous owners from the DVLA, contact them & maybe they would say where the car was serviced under their ownership allowing you to piece together the actual history (realise this could take time you don't have)?

Is it actually possible to get previous owners' details from the DVLA? My car has a few years missing in its early life and I've been trying to track things down without much luck.

I believe a nicely worded letter to the DVLA, trying to track the provenance of the car means they will do this for you (or atleast the address of the owner at that time, of course they may have moved).

Both Tim at Walkersport and Mike Wheeler at Rardley will be able to give you some direction on this.

Good luck! thumbup

From DVLA site

You will need to fill in a ‘Request for information’ (V888) form if you want information about:
previous keepers for a vehicle now registered in your name – the fee for this is £5.00

Send the V888 form and the right fee to:
Vehicles Fee Paying Enquiry Section

Thanks for your opinions gents.

It's not in the UK so it will always be a car with no history unfortunately.

As a dealer it makes no sense at £25k, but as something for my personal collection it might. It's LHD too which I reckon automatically adds at least £5k to it's value.

Cheers,
Bryn.
