How about a sensibly modernised diablo, say an se30, but with gallardo brakes, power steering, murci air con, xenon headlights, now that would be worthwhile. smile

Yes the 6.0 is fully modern but doesnt have the looks of an SE30.

Would se30 wheels fit over the brakes on the sv?

And it's all the better for that.

Have to disagree with you there on the looks issue, but the 6.0 is the better car.

I agree the SE30 is the best looking with the 6.0 in second place. Both fantastic in different ways.

That design above is nasty. Only the receeding hairline it looks like it has makes me feel slighty better.

The SE30 is by far the best looking Diablo to date, I would say pretty much unbeatable as the Diablo shape is timeless so any new 'modern' design would need to be pretty damn special to be accepted. Thats my look at it anyway. Second place definitely the 6.0.

Back to the subject, this thing reminded me slightly of the Cala but I like the Cala. Bearing in mind the Cala was shown back in the mid 90's, it still looks great.

I have to agree that the best looking Diablo is the SE30, especially the Jota version. There may be things that don't exactly work that well, i.e. the tiny opening windows, but it's by far the most aggressive Diablo with that front end. Stunning car IMHO.

It's a cross between a Diablo Coatl and a Cala... it's an abortion!

Its just a rendering though? So has anyone ever actually done that to their Diablo? Or will they?

Yes, I love the Cala, what actually happened to it? Did Lambo just scrap the project?

Oh God! That looks worse than the rendering! It looks like some cheaply built kit car with those lexus style lights on the back!!!
