Is this actually a 360 spider in orange, or is it a red one which needs a good detail? It looks like the latter to me? scratchchin

Think it's a red one. The white balance is just off on the photos.

Orange with red stitching and carpets?

Looks like a crap shade of orange too... I was thinking it's a wrap but the headlights seem or be the same colour.

Not feeling this one, doesn`t look good, wheel dings etc and having it pictured on a circuit doesn`t fill with confidence. Ex track experience car hence the strengthened windscreen?

I believe the colour is called 'Rosso Dino' and first appeared on the 246GT in 1969. There is also a 'Rosso Dino' Enzo somewhere in the US which I find interesting.

Interesting if it is actually orange. It was the interior that made me think is it just a washed out red one? Why would anyone would spec red carpets & calipers with orange paint seems a little odd? Everyone's different I suppose though. Something about the car that says its a No, No though...

Interesting! I always thought that Rosso Scuderia was too orangey (it was supposed to be similar to the colour Marlboro instend that the F1 cars were painted at the time to that they looked more red when you were watching on TV!) but this Rosso Dino example actually looks quite good to me (although the Rosso Corsa calipers do clash a bit!

P.S. Google is your friend here and you will see some nice images of a Rosso Dino Enzo if you search.

Electric Folding Roof on this rare example.
....as opposed to all the 360 Spiders out there with manual roofs....it winds me up when you see people selling these cars who are so clearly out of their depth banghead

The colour looks too uniform to be a "sun fade" thing to me.

I thought this was an odd statement too? I aint upto scratch on my 360 knowledge (hence the original post), made me wonder if they did them with a manual roof laugh

Doesn,t seem to mention any service history and the dealer promotes they generally trade in ex lease vehicles. I guess, as always, if the price is right then some one will go for it.

Er, isn't the 'Rare example' bit referring to the colour rather than the roof?

Yes but: The most obvious safety items on the Ferrari 360 Spider are the twin roll-over hoops placed just behind the seats, plus the windscreen frame has also been braced with extra strengthening. All Spiders come with ESP traction control and twin front airbags as standard.

What else do you need?
