That Gallardo isn't a V12.

Verdi have used the wrong image.

If you look closely you will see it is a Diablo.

Then what are they talking about with the 'DMS ECU upgrade'? If it's the standard engine, then how can it have gone from 439HP, when it has more than that in the first place?

If you remap a 500hp gallardo you may see 520, they quoted 540 (a bit optimistic).

If it was a conversion to a V12, it would have been stated.

Look closely at the photo of the engine back, clearly the colour of the car in that pic is not black.

I've no doubt the photo of the engine is not from the same car. I just wouldn't expect Verdi to write nonsense, in the case it was still an original engine.

Pic belongs to a Diablo V12, for sale on his site: http://www.verdi-ferrari.com/product_list.php?id=5...

Why wouldn't you expect Verdi to talk nonsense? do they know it all? everyone makes mistakes now and then.

A standard Gallardo has 500hp, so anyway their hp quote is wrong. A DMS remap will give the following:

Gallardo 04 to 06 STD: 493 DMS: 541

So a 48bhp increase from an ecu remap on a NA engine, what an absolute load of rubbish! Has anyone ever seen a before and after dyno graph from DMS?
