Water collecting in F355 boot - common problem?

Everytime the F355 GTB has a wash, alot of water ends up in the boot. Similar story if the vehicle has had to endure a night outside on one of its many European jaunts.

Question - is this is a common problem in the F355 (design fault?) or should I get this corrected? Does the rubber lining need to be replaced?

My F355 GTS did not leak water into the boot ever (over 4 years ownership), it did when washed have a small dribble come in the side glass to roof seal nothing to worry about tho.
So I would get it looked at are you sure the boot is fastened right on both sides (I think you can adjust the tension at these catches maybe wrong!?)

Never had mine leak and never seen one leak before so I doubt its common, hopefully just a seal
