Considering a flat white LP560 (Bianco Monocerous) , what is it like to live with in terms of cleaning i.e. does it look dirty all the time?

white Lambos are the best... I can spunk on them and not worry about cleaning it up

If you are getting a Lambo get a real Lambo colour such as Lime Green, Yellow or Orange.

I've had a couple in white, and can't see past the colour.
It shows all the lines, and isn't too 'shouty'...
Is it a coupe or a spyder that your looking at ?

got a pearl/balloon white myself

not really a problem for me as I don't drive it over the winter and very rarely in the wet, which given the problems water and Lambo's electrics have I would reccommend either, even given the German origins of such electrics!
