just curious...

from what I can see, £350k buys you into plenty of nice toys:-

Zonda
K'seg
288GTO
F40
F50
Carrera GT
599 GTO
Bugatti EB110
Lambo Murci SV

I would go with the Zonda... :-)

oh and i forgot to say... and why...

i would go with the zonda as it seems a genuinely credibly alternative to an uber ferrari, lambo or porsche... the detailing is stunning and it is different.

the Carrera GT is sublime but will it become as relevant in the future as the 959 (bearing in mind that current cars such as the GT2 RS are a perfomance equal)? The F50 would be my pick of the F-Cars as I think it has the most to offer as an experience. But it is the Zonda that steals my heart.

That's a tricky one!

I have to say it would probably be the F50! I know I'm the only person in the world who thinks this, but I'm just not that big a fan of the F40 whereas the F50 is lick
Carerra GT would be tempting and so would the Murci SV. Let me put it this way, I’d be driving to the Lambo garage, then quickly do a U-turn and hurry to the Ferrari garage before I changed my mind.

You're not going to get a great Zonda or 288 for 350k

Murci SV.

It's my ultimate dream machine (on four wheels). It has the looks, colour combo, power, history and everything else and in years to come will still be known as a true lambo along with the Diablo and such. I defy anyone that see's one not to crack a smile.

Zonda, although look amazing I still don't quite get for some reason. I don't know why...

Lambo. It's always been my favourite car.

Although Koenigsegg always tempt me with something...

true... but you can get one... it all adds to the equation... you could buy the very best Carrera GT or a brand new 599GTO for that sort of dough, or something older and more leggy if you felt it worthwhile.

These days I reckon F50. Not going to get anything but an early zonda for that price.

£350K will not get you into a bare carbon Zonda I'm afraid. You will be lucky to even find an early car for that. This I think is currently the cheapest car available and it is up for £375K:

A Zonda F now starts at £750k and that’s if you can find one, LHD cars are even more expensive.

If it was my money I would put it towards a Zonda F coupe like this one which has recently sold in London cloud9

If I had had the money at the time I would have broken the dealers arm off. These cars are iron clad future classics which you are unlikely to lose money on

For me it would be the 599 GTO!! Because it do raw and drivable and its so identical to 599 FXX, future classic and at £330k its a snip considering the £1m price tag for the FXX!

I do wonder if the the 599 GTO will become a classic as to the untrained eye it just looks like a regular 599. The other GTO's where very much models in their own right

For me it'd be a mint Murci LP640 roadster in orange or green, and I'd have fun with the change. I like the SV well enough but all the black bits don't look right to me (although I suppose they could easily be painted body colour), and I personally find the Koenigsegg ugly and the CGT hideous. The Zonda is lovely but the one I'd want would be well over the alloted budget.

Zonda if I could, but clearly that's not in the running for 350k, so it would be the CGT for me.
