bit sad really that they need to release a video like that with MC12 jumping the start. MC12 would have won anyway. The black Porsche is the one they bought from Joel at RSJ.It will be interesting to see it against GT2 RS in a straight line and on track. My money is on the Macca to blitz everything - can't explain why I don't want one - just does nothing for me from a styling or desirability perspective although its obviously an engineering masterpiece/colossus. I'd have a 458,599, FF, LP 700, Gallardo Superleggera/Performante, GTRS, and Turbo S over the Macca in a heart beat for a number of different reasons although they're all inferior/old tech dynamically.
Can't wait to see what comes out next from Ferrari, Lambo and Porsche in £170k-£200k junior supercar sector as they will all have to go carbon fibre (cf) chassis+ cf body + cf wheels/cf consumables to compete with the Macca dynamically. The next 5-10 years might be stunning in terms of what we see from the establishment as we're basically going to get F1 tech for the mass market!!!!!!. Greatest thing about the MC12 is that its going to force the rest of the pack to up their game. Thank you Maclaren....
