The new Koenigsegg Agera R is bound to be one of the main stars of the 2011 Geneva motor show.

Boasting 1115bhp, thanks to a revised version of the Agera 5-litre V8 (capable of running on bio-fuel), the Agera R will be the most powerful Koenigsegg ever produced. No performance claims are yet being made but it’s bound to be incredible thanks to a power to weight ratio dramatically better than the Bugatti Veyron. That’s thanks to the Agera R’s remarkable 1330kg dry-weight, over half a ton lighter than the big Bug.
The Agera R displayed at Geneva is a very special customer car, set to be delivered to its new Norwegian owner straight after the show closes. It comes equipped with a special roof section featuring an integrated Thule carbonfibre ski-box containing two pairs of Koenigsegg skis. This £17,593 roof-box can be easily swapped for a conventional roof section when not required and has a top speed rating of 186mph. Winter wheels and tyres are another £7322 option…
The price of the optional ‘R’ package, on top of a normal £875,000 Agera, is £132,000 at current exchange rates but that looks like something of a bargain compared to the £168,000 Koenigsegg charges for creating a bare carbon car.

At least £2 million + I would imagine. My MX-5 was around 3 times the price of a similar UK car, so would hate to think about the costs of this!
The ski box is amazing, looks great fun! I wonder how the car will be getting to somewhere to ski though?! I also wonder which owner it is - there are at least 3 'Seggs here already.

It must belong to Jon Ollson? Very nice!
Apparently not!:http://www.jon-olsson.com/?p=4044

One quick question, if you look at the real wing struts they appear to have dampers attached. Speculation, do you think the rear wing is adjustable like the MP4-12c and could act as an airbrake or are we looking at some kind of active aero here like the Huarya?
"Dynamic rear wingHypercars of today generate massive amounts of down force in low to medium speed and less down force in very high speed, in order not to overload the tires and not to create too much drag. Most hypercars therefore have heavy hydraulically operated wings and flaps to cater for this need.
Koenigsegg however, following the ”less is more” philosophy, has designed a dynamic system to that take care of the above described needs. The most visual and obvious part of this system is the new dynamic rear wing. The wing changes its angle of attack, not with the help of hydraulics, but with the pressure of the wind. It is therefore dynamically controlled by the speed or wind resistance at any given moment in time and thus actually compensates for headwind or tailwind at the same given speed. This is an intelligent way of dealing with adaptive aerodynamics, as the system becomes lighter, less complex and more intuitive compared to heavy and complex hydraulics systems. Koenigsegg had to work heavily with CFD in order to create the dynamically controlled adaptive aerodynamics of the Agera.
Furthermore, an interesting multifunction feature of the adaptive wing is that the pylons for the wing also act as air extrusion channels. The air channels goes from the engine bay to the back of the pylons, thereby creating an air passage. This causes a venturi effect, from the air rushing past the pylon, evacuating hot engine bay gases, reducing pressure in the engine bay and increasing the flow of cooling air through the side radiators. This also means that the pressure under the car is reduced and giving more low drag down force."
Full Geneva Press Conference, with intro from Christian starting at 1.53. For the lucky few owners, it looks, and sounds a superb car
