I have mentioned previously a few problems that I have had with LHW. After thinking about the situation a little, I contacted Graham Schultz about the issues with my cars apparent lack of care whilst in LHW's hands.
He was shocked with what I told him, and did mention that he had had staffing issues in the past that had now been resolved. There was no haggling as such, he offered straight away to let them have the chance to put things right with my car.

Anyway, Graham came to my house on the south coast in person, and was extremely apologetic, he took my car back up to High Wycombe on a low loader, and resolved all the problems that my car had. LHW had my car for about ten days and Graham delivered the car back to me this morning. I have just been for a long drive in it, and it feels superb again, no strange noises and it feels like new. There are a few people on here that were interested in my cars progress, and what the outcome would be, hence this post. After speaking to Graham, I have regained my faith in LHW, I also think Graham genuinely was unaware of what was going on. I would now use them again for my cars service's.

I'm sorry to say that i think he knows everything that goes on in the garage, it's not exactly a big place with loads of staff.

It is good that he has done the right thing and put it right for you though, hopefully he will look after you better in the future, if you are happy thats all that matters.

There was a problem

A member of staff was exited

The CEO personally got involved and resolved it

Sounds reasonable to me

Glad you got an outcome.

BTW: Graham is doing a free diagnostic clinic on Saturday 26th March (am) if anyone has warning lights flashing after the cars have been tucked away for the winter (my dash was like a Christmas tree this time last year)
