any views on the right price for the 09 cars? most seem to be in main dealer network and im always worried about the bid/offer spreads there

also how mileage sensitive are they?

I think it is too early to answer on mileage side of you question, it is under 2 y.o, car at the mo, I have not seen any high mileage cars.
Would also be interested to hear about the right price for early examples, I'm quite tempted to swap my 360 for Cali just because Cali has 4 seats (I'm happy with 360 but can only take one member of the family with me so have to use Cayenne Turbo as family car instead, shame)
Cheapest well specced Cali is circa £140k now, so I assume dealers are offering max £120k for them...am I wrong?

Sure the doom Sayers predict large falls but I hear that the lowest dealer offers on low spec early cars are still north of 120k. The spread ppm dealer buy/sell still makes it viable to explore new .......or wait until the winter

Basic OTR is £146,910 before you dip into the options list.

Most will end up at 170 with sensible options.

what are the "must have" options?

def the wheels as the standard ones are hideous
magnaride seems to divide opinion

anything else? apart from yellow calipers and shields which i like i can think of anything else i would miss if it wasnt there

bit like my 911 turbo and the sports chrono. "must have" option but i cant see why you would use it unless you track the car.

Andy, you are right, there's not much else that's essential, it has an OK sat nav, HD music storage, the sound upgrade isn't worth it by all accounts. The other options on mine are f&r park sensors and cruise control (great for behaving on the French autoroutes)

I was told by a dealer that the LED steering wheel is the sports-chrono of the California world.

Looks cool, but certainly 99% gimmick for most people I'd imagine. Any evidence that it has the resale effect suggested?
