Hi Kev
Coming from A'dam unfortunately means a fair bit of motorway until you get to the Belgian/German borders.
Agree, is a bit of a bone shakerA "bit of a bone shaker"...? Now that is an understatement, especially in a firmly sprung TVR! Agree, the rest of the route is great, but because that first bit is so bumpy I tend to head further south on the E42 and turn off at Prum, then go on 410 Gerolstein > Kelberg then 257 > Nurburg. That will bring you nice and close to your campsite Kev
But coming from A'dam, if you're on the E31 either the 257 or 412 are good ways of getting there from the NE of the circuit.
Cheers,
L'rs

Is that the one with the *incredibly* bumpy section that runs for a few miles?

If thats the one that runs through the forest, some of the potholes have been filled now - you can actually drive down the middle of the road and avoid them (obviously if there is nothing coming the other way!)Agree, is a bit of a bone shaker
