Concorde Classics Car Show - Sunday 4th September 2011 - Southampton
Why not join us and support this wonderful car show and raise lots of money for Naomi House Children's Hospice. This will be our 3rd Concorde Classics Charity Car Show, to be held in the grounds of the Concorde Jazz Club at Eastleigh on Sunday 4th September 2011.
This is a charity show and all proceeds will be going to Naomi House Children's Hospice. We are looking for Supercars, Sports Cars, and Classics to be displayed at the show. If you have a race car, we would also love to have that on display in our racing paddock area. It costs nothing to display your car, but if you pay £5 then your car is entered in to the car of the show competition, and the money will go to the charity.
We are limited to space, so book early by visiting our web site www.concordeclassics.co.uk and clicking on the 'Display Cars' page link.
It is a great show with great atmosphere, all for a very worthy cause.

We have a 458, new Mclaren and other such cars coming. It would be great to have a Lamborghini on display as well in the super car section. Can you help?
All proceeds will go to Naomi House Children's Hospice, so not only a enjoyable event but also for a great cause.

Will the parking be better organised this year?
Yes it will be as we have the Rotary Club helping out this year plus we have the full car park at the Eastleigh Football Club available to us.
I don't think it was that bad last year considering we only had a few volunteers - difficult organising shows, easy attending them.....!!!!
Can't thank the participants who came and weathered the weather at the Concorde Classics Show - a massive thanks for sitting out the rain and staying to the end, you really are the very best. I know that after 12.00 we had queues at the gate and we think we may have raised slightly more than last year, so a massive thanks to all those who came in the rain and sun!!
It was a culmination of 9 months of hard work and unfortunately the weather was unkind this time but we will be back next year so please keep an eye on www.concordeclassics.co.uk - thank you all!!

Great comments and it was kind of comical with stair rods coming down!! Had a couple of goes on the F1 sim and the problem was when I put my sodden socks back in my sodden shoes - bit like putting on wet swimming trunks after half an hour!! A huge thanks to the Rotary Club for the marshalling and to the Naomi House volunteers too - an excellent stalwart bunch of people.
I thought James Martin was great too and was more than willing to pose for photos and chat with everyone. A true petrolhead who says he will hopefully be back again next year.
