Stoke Row Festival of Speed 17/07/11 and charity auction

Tomorrow is the third annual Stoke Row Festival of Speed, a motorsport day run in a South Oxfordshire village near Henley-on-Thames by two local racing teams and a handful of enthusiastic volunteers. There will be opportunity to get up close to all types of race cars from historic, classic & modern, a charity auction, pit stop and other challenges, stalls, food etc. There is also traditionally a wide selection of classic and performance cars which visitors and locals bring along.

The charity auction always has a number of very generous donations from some big names, and this year the items include:

Mercedes F1 2010 Rear Wing Endplate signed by Ross Brawn
Framed Cosworth F1 Cam Cover polished & signed by all 2011 Cosworth F1 drivers
Force India Cap signed by Sutil & di Resta
Set of 2010 Vitaly Petrov Renault overalls
Signed mini Petrov helmet
Exxon Mobil Corvette presentation photograph (incl vial of oil) from Petit Le Mans
Signed 70's F1 prints form local artist Matthew T Young
and various other promotional gear, memorabilia, meals etc.
