Bolzano accomodations?

We are planning a trip down to Austria/Northern Italy in a month's time. Anyone got any good accomodation hints in the Bolzano area? Is there a hotel/Inn at the top of the Stelvio Pass?

Any suggestions appreciated. We went to the Italian lakes via Interlaken/Wengen 2 years ago and loved it so much, we want to check out the scenery a little further East.
