When do you find out who's going ?

With regards to the next VMAX, I understand that around 30 cars (max) are allowed, and having read the thread there does seem to be great interest for the next event.

So, how/when do you know who's going ? Is it regular's first, and remaining places to newbies ?

Nope, I always do it the same way, 1st come 1st served. I put out feelers here then ask for deposits.

Bit of a nightmare this weekend, and as a result the T350 is currently off the road.

Will hopefully be ready for Croft on 19th September, but will DEFINATLEY be ready for VMAX.

We'll have to meet up for journey down.

Yes, though I will probably be going over the Pennines to meet another beetle to drive down together hopefully. You are welcome as long as you don't mind a very, very early start

Don't think it can be done Gaz. Last time I spoke to Ted he could only do one icon below a posters name at a time. Hence used for BTaP and PFest which are at different times of the year.

I spoke to two people yesterday at Donington, who admitted to having not sent their cheques in yet. They confirmed they should be going out by racing pigeon first thing this morning.
