Anyone planning on going to Wilton this Sunday for breakfast?

This months theme is GT cars.

Intending to go from Marlborough in the Healey with a 550 in tow (or more likely the other way around!).

Had wondered about making it a pit stop enroute to Beaulieu for the Classic Day.

I'll be coming too & heading straight to Beaulieu afterwards too.

Sadly the vehicle i'll arrive in will be parked in the car park & i'll walk my way in. As I always do.

@RSD25 - any man that owns a Landy is good with me whether on foot or by vehicle! (If I'm not in the Healey I'll be in a 90!)

@NavyLynx - C63 - Good option!

@355GTS - 599 should be right on theme smile

Looking forward to seeing some of you there.

I'm not sure they do reply very often - at least they never have to me in the past! I think they just use to monitor numbers. Turn up on the day - the cars that are on theme and interesting they put in the courtyard, the rest in the general parking area smile

Thanks Tim for the nice comment! I've got a 90 too! Sadly mines been off the road for nearly 2 years sadly but I have a Disco 2 TD5 that i'll be there in. In fact the only make of vehicle me or my dad have owned for the last 20 years has been Land Rovers. had two series 2A's first, then two Disco 1's (one of which we've still got), then the 90 I've mentioned & the Disco 2.

If it stops raining i'll be there with the car in my profile, hope it gets accepted as a mini-GT.
Come and say hi!

See you there,

E

my photos from today

Due to the lack of "real GT cars" there was a varied display (although there were far too many Audis wink ) of cars this morning

Attendance definitely impacted by Beaulieu, Car Fest and Gurston but still some lovely cars to look at and a good breakfast and catch up natter with my other half!

Weather didn't help either but it was very nice to talk to some likeminded people! See you at the next one!

Lovely Jota! Peter Saywell had one that colour; I wonder if it's the same car? There can't be too many about.

What a lovely event - friendly, informal and a small but interesting selection of cars.

A few pics (straight from the camera I'm afraid):
