Have Sunday Services left the building with Mr Garlick?
Discussion
Compared to recent years, I've got to say this year's Sunday Services have been thin on the ground. It seems too coincidental that they seem to have dropped off after Mr Paul Garlick announced he was off to pastures new. If he was the man behind them then he did an absolute blinding job.
It seems since then that nobody has wanted to pick up the reins. Yes, I know there have been SS's at LeMans and there is one at the Herts County Showground but they're not 'proper' ones are they as all the cars and punters are already there anyway.
I think Garlick's leaving has left a big gap to fill; it's noticeable both on the general website content and the SS's.
What do you guys think?

This same thought occurred to me today too.
I have been fortunate to attend the Sunday Service in March but like you say, it has been relatively quiet this year. I keep telling myself that it is still early in the year but upon thinking about it, we are in July. I don't think Paul was instrumental in organising the events but I would imagine that they have had other aspects of the business to adhere to.
Hope to see a venue for an Sunday Service soon.

There has been approximately 1 a month so far this year including Le Mans, 7 so far including the 2 at Le Mans so I don't think there have been less this year. They certainly will be happening with the latest venue announced in the next few days
So far we've had
Autosport show at the NEC
Vulcan Bomber
Silverstone
Morgan Factory
Mercedes Benz World
Le Mans 24
Le Mans Classic
With around 8 more to come, you won't have to think of things to do for too many of your Sundays.

Thanks for your reply Nathan.
It just seems like there has been less than previous. Looking forward to the rest this year then!
By the way, I do appreciate that these events are put on for free and take a lot of effort and commitment from you guys to organise and run but they are always hugely successful.
And I thank you for that.

Any plans for one at the Ferrari racing weekend at Silverstone like last year?
I had asked the same question on another thread yesterday. Anyone confirm either way? Gassing Station | Events & Meetings | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
