Forms ?

Seem to remember recieving a form from CraigW for the last VMax which had to be signed by all drivers.

Have these been issued for the forthcoming event yet ?

Just that I haven't been asked for anything as yet, and was just getting a tad worried about being forgotten after the unusual circumstances.
