Spa classic - Anyone planning on going next year?

Hi All

Anyone planning to go the classic event at Spa in May 17?

Been a couple of times, its a really good relaxed event with access to pits etc. Not too far from the ring either

It would be good to get a group over there.

Went 3 years ago, magic place.

Would like to go again in 2017 so will be up for a meet

Stayed at the Racing Hotel when we went, great place and very atmospheric


Bit of a surprise to have snow on the ground at the end of May though

I did the Le Mans Classic last year for the first time and planning Spa next year. Hopefully there won't be snow there when set up tent

Stayed at Verviers Hotel van der Valk a few times, booked with Fasttracktours

Spa Classic is not to be missed !

Good hotel, the Viper club stayed there for the classic

Really??

I've never stayed in such a pile of crap in my entire life! I fell though my bed twice as the slats gave way, water ran down the wall from the shower upstairs & the whole place was grotty beyond words!
The only plus point was you could sit on the stter & watch the wonderful cars coming down the road to get the the event.
It wouldnt be able to trade in the UK, in fact I think its gone now but if not please do yourself a favour & DONT stay there!

Still the best event of the year though!!

I will be there with a few mates, staying in Stavelot in a self catering place.

A great event that I am really looking forward to.
