Road trip insurance through Europe

To celebrate a friends 50th we are looking to buy several V8 cars and take them through Europe on a road trip. The cars will be low cost and sold to a dealer or scrapped at the end of the trip in Poland. Each car has three drivers for the trip and thus we need to find an insurance company to provide European car insurance for 3 named drivers for 2 weeks. Has any one done similar who could advise a specialist. Secondly if anyone has any contacts in Poland to buy the cars if we get that far please PM me. Thanks in advance.
