Display your car at Biggin Hill Airshow 19th 20th August
Discussion
Hi All,
(A FEW SPACES STILL AVAILABLE)
I organise a small car show that runs inline with the Biggin Hill Airshow. The organisers kindly give us some space to display cars and we raise money for charity having raised some £10K in the last 3 years via sponsorship, tickets and more, and we have had everything from Ferraris and McLarens, to MG Midgets and tatty old Lotus elises (my car) over the years.
I always hold a few tickets back and would love to welcome some pistonhead users as guests (no charge) to join us this year. I have 2 spaces on the Saturday and 3 on the Sunday so if interested you can email me at neilreed@mac.com or post below and I'll be in touch. Please only offer if you can genuinely make it, we'd hate to have any empty spaces. We'd welcome classics, sports and supercars and some nice people to join us. If you have a good time, we'll happily accept a donation, but the main aim is to have a few extra cars to show and know this is the place to find some lovely stuff.
Entrants need to be on site by 9:30 and we should be away by 5:45 after some drinks and nibbles post show as we watch the Spitfire display park up beside us before getting nice quick escape via the VIP exit.

I'd very much like to to on the Sunday if there are still spaces available, Aston Martin DB9.
Yep, still space and would love to have you along! Can I ask you just email me at neilreed@mac.com withName, address, Car Make, Reg number and how many passengers you plan to have. I can then get your pass in the post on Monday.
Best
Neil
Hi Neil, ticket arrived this morning, thanks ++.
However on way back from Brands on Sunday the Lancia failed to start and on a closer look today the starter solenoid has burnt out. I've taken it to our local specialist auto electrician but it will be mid next week before things are sorted....
So looks like a no show from me on Sunday, I'm gutted. If you PM me the name of the next volunteer I'll forward the ticket onwards.
Cheers,
Bill.
