All tickets sold out. I think the event would depend on what is called on the 30th by the government. My guess is it will

Bicester will be tier 4 from Boxing Day so I’d expect a cancellation announcement imminently. Another event scrapped. Don’t think there’s much prospect of anything happening until May at the earliest.
