Great clip of the Exige nearly making it on the turn.
Round of applause for commitment

Great clip steve, shame the Loopy Lotus couldn't hold it together.

A great clip.....I really found it interesting the way the Lotus broke away,,,Ok, it went but still gave the driver another chance to get back in the game.
However......not captured on film ( I believe) "spin of the day" has to go to MOD500 in the yellow 993.
A classic 911 rear brake away, nigh on 120 mph and an impressive cloud of tyre smoke and engine oil.
Thankfully no damage done and driver went up another level in 911 drivers ever steep learning curve..
Nice one Martyn...seriously it's the only way to learn these cars

Simple driver error I'm afraid. It actually slid very progressively but I over compensated hence the tank slapper.
Its the first time I have ever taken it on track and cant think of any better place to find its limits.
I saw the aftermath of Oggs's spin (or was it Hughsies - the yellow Chim?) which was indicated by a mushroom cloud of tyre smoke
)
Most impressive was Smiffy's at the top sharp right hander by the 747, a good spin and straight onto the grass. I think Greggs better half was in it at the time. Hope she wasnt too traumatised!

Guilty.
But I suppose Vmax is the place to have one of 'those' moments. Looking out of one window, the other full of smoke and you can just keep your foot way, way down with nothing to fear but the price of rubber.
I loved it, shame it filled the cabin with smoke and held everyone up for a few mins.
Tyres have just about cooled down now
Great day all.
