If you are intending on coming on S2N2006 then please read this as its very important.

This years field is limited to 100 vehicles. There are 2 registration days, the first is 4th December 2005 and is for S2N2005 Teams only. Open registration for new teams begins at 10am on the 5th December. If you are intending on particpating you need to decide now and not next year as all 100 places should be taken by the end of December 5th. There is alot of demand!

There is an annoucement list available at [e-mail]. If you are on the list you will get an email the moment open registration opens.

Doug did you go last year, I don't know what to expect or what the consesus is on accommodation for the stop over or in Naples.

Nope, I'm new to it too. There's always plenty of advice to be had over on the S2N forums (Sorry Ted)

Failing that try mailing tinman0 directly - he knows more than a thing or two about the arrangements

S2N/H2R doesn't arrange hotels. It talks to hotels and make recommendations and give you all the contact details with a fax form for you to put your information in. Its down to individual teams to confirm their bookings.

One of the questions that been asked is why S2N doesn't book hotels and act as a travel agent - the simple answer is that its not a travel agent and S2N is an adventure and not a package holiday.
