Boxster S Vmax speed

Just wondering whether one of these had attended a Vmax before & if so what top speed did it achieve.

The other halfs picking a new one up next week & as my T350c is going in a couple of weeks (for a 4x4 & a bike), should I be admitted attendance at any further event, this is inevitably what I shall be driving.

The T350C 'only' hit 155mph IIRC, and I see that a standard 2.7 boxster hit 148mph at a previous event. Will the 'S' be quicker than the TVR ? More importantly, will it make it round more than 5 times before overheating

Can boxsters be 'tweaked' ?

ha, you'll enjoy it I'm sure. I've driven a lot of nice cars but some of the best fun I've ever had was when I had my mums Boxster 2.7 for the weekend on roads that I know. Great cars.

Mine was the 2.7 at VMAX 9 and there's no way I could get that bugger to top 150, the 3.2 S will do though.
