"BACK HOME 2006" Sat 15th & Sun 16th JULY

The outline plan at present is hold a large parade/concours event on the seafront on Saturday 15th July and with the possibility of some "exhibition" drives along the middle promenade section to demonstrate the various models. Other modules are also being investigated to help promote Blackpool, TVR Engineering and the Club. Several key exhibitors are also expected to attend.
In the evening, we are looking into an informal social event.
On the Sunday will be the highlight of the weekend for many - the factory tour - for which we are grateful to TVR for once again agreeing to host. With the new factory plans going ahead, this could be your last chance to visit the Bristol Avenue site.
In addition, either in parallel to the tours or on completion, we are investigating the possibility of a Club Auto-test event and we are in discussion with the local Region about organising a series of drives out into the local area.

anyone have more info on this?

I do indeed!

It's a joint event between the TVR Car Club and TVR Engineering to be held on 15/16 July. Lots more about it on the TVR Car Club Website and Forum -
