Hi all,

just to let you know that Suffolk & Norfolk and Mid Essex regions will be up in force again this year.

Because of the number of people who have expressed an interest and the need for secure off-street parking our options for hotels has been limited, but we have managed to do a deal with the Pavilion Hotel which is about a mile and a half from the centre of York at a rate of £110 per double room per night Bed & Breakfast or £140 per double room per night Dinner, Bed & Breakfast.

To book a room you need to speak to the Reservations Manager, Helen on 01904 622099 and quote "TVR Car Club" to get the reduced rates.

We have already booked in for B&B on the Friday and Saturday nights and for DB&B on Sunday. They are quite happy for you to mix the rates over the weekend and if enough of us opt for the DB&B option on Sunday they will arrange for our own separate dining room at no extra cost.

At the moment they still have rooms available, but they are filling up as they also have a wedding on Saturday night.

Anyone else is more than welcome to join us if they wish.

I have reserved 16 rooms at the Queens Hotel in the Centre of York for Friday & Saturday nights. Equally import is the underground Car Park that holds 18 cars. I have reserved 16 of these spaces, so a mass morning start up/wake up would be good.
