On one of my runs I found a yellow Gallardo and a silver/blue 360 spyder parked on the runway just before the timing beams as if just chatting - not fun trying to swerve at 160+mph...! Did mention it to one of the organisers.

Heard from someone else that they were later confronted by the same pair driving the wrong way out on the twisties...

Whoever they were - not a smart move gents...

Yep, it was mentioned to me by about 3 people, hence I jumped in the RS6 & raced around but they had gone by then & didnt return.

Maybe next time having a list of Cars & Passengers at the gate house to prevent this happening again. Pritty sad that people do this for the cost of the event per car!!

prettymuch do this but there are often car swaps at last minute.

Perhaps some kind of simple coloured windscreen sticker given when paid and signed in, like most trackdays do. That way the starter can instantly see that all the cars are bona-fide as can the other participants.

cars usually not numbered until paid, working on a system for next time.
