I did the Rally Day last year and although it was a very good day, I got annoyed by the organisers so am not going this year. Stubborn bast I suppose. A tip is not to go with the expectation of one of the ex world rally champions stuffing a legendary car. I can't really see it happening!

I entered the Chatsworth event which looks like being a good doo but had to pull due to professional engagements. gutted.

Both highly recommended but Chatsworth is a newbie so is yet unproven.

we've got a stand at rallyday so will definately be there, not sure if we're out on track though.

When you take a stand, you get a certain number of track passes included, I'm not sure who's using them on our stand.

I'm going to correct myself now, apparently having a stand no longer gets you track passes. In fact, it only gets one car and one person in, if you have a passenger, they have to pay full price!!

Nice!!

I'll be there, although I expect the atmosphere may be a little subdued this year given Colin McCrae's death at the weekend. He was, of course a regular supporter of this event.

Where are you parking Sharon - I'm guessing it won't be the usual spot by Tower?

Well as you know LG, I wasn't happy with the parking arrangements. Especially with a young child and loads of bags in tow.

However, at the end of the day, when the Mitsi being spanked by Russ Swift was about to nip back in to the pit lane, TVRCC Bristol and Katie (my niece) hung over the fence and begged for one more donut. Mr Swift was very kind to smoke it up for us one last time. A good day all in all.
